“I had purchased a popular infant sleep course and while it did have good advice, it was not suited for twins. I decided on Twin Sleep after seeing posts on social media and knowing it was tailored to our specific situation.”

I want the system built for twins

Twin motherhood is chaotic enough. But bedtime shouldn't be.

Are you convinced that getting a good night’s sleep with twins is impossible?

Jenna was.

Then she discovered my twin-specific approach and went from 3+ nightly wake-ups to both babies sleeping through the night.

Here's her story:

Imagine if instead of hectic evenings, both twins drifted off to sleep in their cribs at 7:30 pm every evening following your confident, clear routine

How much better would you sleep if you knew exactly how to respond if one woke up, without disrupting the other's sleep.

Think about enjoying your evenings again with your partner, plus you both get a full night’s sleep.

By next week, you could be:

• Enjoying 10-12 hour nights (yes, with both twins!)

• Implementing predictable nap schedules that work for your family

• Confidently handling sleep transitions without undoing progress

• Actually using those evening hours for yourself instead of constant resettling

to a full night’s sleep….

Hi, I’m Laura

In 2016, I found myself curled up in the fetal position, sobbing.

As a new twin mom, I had 4-week-old babies, a toddler who still wasn't sleeping through the night, and I hadn't slept more than 2 hours straight in a month. The physical pain from my C-section would heal, and we'd eventually figure out breastfeeding, but the sleep deprivation? It was breaking me.

Desperate for twin sleep help, I invested our savings in a night nanny for a few precious nights of rest. But when those nights ended, I was right back to getting twins to sleep through the night . I was determined to find a permanent twin sleep solution.

I dove deep into sleep research, but quickly discovered a problem: every resource treated twin sleep like single baby sleep times two. Nothing addressed the unique challenges of getting twin babies to sleep at the same time, managing different sleep needs in the same room, creating routines that work for two, or sleep training twins without crying it out

So I combined my background as a registered nurse with everything I was learning about infant sleep and created a created a twin sleep training system specifically for multiples. And it worked. My twins started sleeping through the night, in their own cribs, at the same time.

That was 9 years ago. Since then, I've become a board-certified health coach and certified sleep consultant, added 2 more little ones to our family, and helped twin families get the sleep they deserve.

Yet somehow, the advice for twin parents hasn't evolved. Google still suggests letting them cry it out, treating them like singletons, or simply surviving until it gets better..

Twin parents deserve better sleep solutions.

That’s why I created TwinSleep Academy: to give twin families the science-backed support and strategies they need for sleep success.

And my entire program costs less than what I paid my night nanny for just one night!

Let me say this first: You’re not failing.

Twin sleep is genuinely one of the hardest challenges you'll face in those first years.

But here's what I know after helping twin families: You CAN get your twins sleeping through the night without hours of crying it out, without choosing between which baby to comfort first, and without the guilt that comes with feeling like you're doing it all wrong.

Most twin parents think sleep training is too hard or just flat-out impossible.
Others cross their fingers and hope their babies will magically grow out of their sleepless nights.

But here’s the truth:
Many twins don’t just “grow out of it.”
Sleep struggles can drag on for months (even years) if they’re not addressed.

I’ve talked to so many parents who are still battling bedtime routines, night wakings, and toddlers who refuse to sleep in their own beds.

Don’t wait until you’re at your breaking point.
Get your twins’ sleep on track before it comes to that.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.
My proven, step-by-step program takes the guesswork out of sleep training for twins so you can finally get your nights (and your sanity) back.

TwinSleep Academy shows you how to get your twins to sleep on a consistent nap schedule, get through a simple bedtime routine, and sleep through the night.

Module 03

Crafting Your Twins’ Ideal Nap & Feeding Flow

Laptop screen displaying a presentation slide titled 'The Daytime Itinerary: Crafting Your Twins’ Ideal Nap & Feeding Flow' with an image of a baby lying on its side.

Ensuring a full night’s sleep doesn't start at bedtime, it starts during the day. If naps are off, sleep pressure isn’t building, or feedings are poorly timed, it creates a domino effect that leads to overtired, overstimulated babies who struggle to settle and stay asleep at night.

Every successful journey needs a well-planned itinerary, and your twins’ days are no different. The success of nighttime sleep hinges on an age appropriate daytime schedule

Too much or too little sleep during the day for your twins is setting you up for sleepless nights and battles and bedtime.

  • In this module, you’ll learn how to create a balanced, easy-to-follow daytime plan that includes naps, feedings, active play, and wake windows.

  • I’ll guide you through syncing your twins’ rhythms, handling nap transitions, and avoiding common daytime pitfalls like over tiredness or short naps.

  • BONUS: What to do when an unexpected nap happens and how to get back on track

After going through this module, you’ll bring calm and predictability to your day, helping your babies rest better and setting the stage for peaceful nights.

Module 04

Your Step-by-Step Twin Bedtime Routine

Your twins benefit from a consistent, calming bedtime routine.

A well-structured bedtime routine isn’t just nice to have, it’s a powerful tool for teaching your twins when and how to sleep. It helps them feel safe, secure, and ready to rest, which is essential for consistent, successful sleep training.

  • In this module, you’ll learn to design a bedtime routine that’s simple, effective, and works for twins (even if you’re doing it solo)

  • Create peaceful, predictable bedtime routines that help your twins wind down together and transition easily into night sleep.

  • Choose activities and timing that naturally cue your babies to wind down

  • Avoid common mistakes that lead to bedtime battles

With clear, gentle routines, bedtime becomes something you all look forward to, making bedtime a peaceful conclusion to your day’s journey.

Module 05

Guiding Your Twins to Independent Night Time Sleep

A laptop displaying a page about guiding twins to independent sleep, with a photo of two babies on the screen, against a blue background.

“How do I actually get them to fall asleep without me?”

That’s where my tailored twin sleep training methods come in. This is the bridge between everything you've already set up and your twins actually learning the skill of independent sleep.

Because no matter how great your routine is, it only works if your twins know how to fall asleep on their own.

In this module you’ll:

  • Understand different sleep training methods that actually work for twins and the pro’s con’s of each

  • How to choose a method based on your twins’ age, temperaments, and your parenting style.

  • Get practical strategies for handling two babies at once, even when their needs differ

With these strategies, you'll be well on your way to helping your twins achieve peaceful, uninterrupted sleep.

Module 06

Handling Night Wakings and Early Risers

This module delves into the reasons behind your twins' night wakings and offers strategies to manage and reduce them

Each time your twins wake up, your response either reinforces independent sleep, or accidentally creates patterns that make wake-ups more frequent or harder to break.

Learn how to

  • Avoid falling into unintentional habits that undo your hard work

  • Respond appropriately to different types of night wakings, including early wake ups

  • Handle common causes of night wakings and early risers in twins.

  • Prevent small disruptions from becoming ongoing struggles

  • Learn the difference between your babies waking for hunger vs waking for comfort

With these strategies, you'll be able to re-focus your twins' sleep patterns, leading to more consistent and restful nights.

Module 07

Jessica H, mom of twins

“Our experience with Laura was wonderful! A combination of teething and sleep regressions made for a few challenging months with our twins. We were separating the twins more times than not in the middle of night fearful one twin would wake the other and often times having a twin sleeping on one of us. We also felt not prepared at all to ween off pacifiers.

Within days, the boys were sleeping better and pacifiers were gone. We haven’t had to separate the boys since starting. Laura was very responsive and supportive.”

FAQ’s

  • I get this question so often! The answer is different with each age and family. If you are consistent and follow the plan, it will usually take less than 2 weeks. If your babies still need night feedings, it may take longer, but I show you how to handle those feedings and how to know when to drop them.

  • Right now, the course covers ages newborn-18 months

  • You will have access for as long as this course is available for purchase.

  • Join the Facebook community and group coaching calls for direct support from me. You will get 30 days FREE in the community after purchasing your course.

  • I believe that sleep is holistic. This course covers daytime sleep, bedtime routines, development, parental stress, and a variety of sleep methods. For this reason, I don’t offer just one sleep method. I also coach you through choosing with method to use.

Some of the methods I teach are gentle, and some are intermediate. I do not teach Cry it Out methods, but support your decision if that’s what you choose to do.

  • I have had several clients get their twins to sleep while room sharing. Sometimes it takes a little extra creativity and discipline, but it is absolutely possible

  • Any time our babies are learning new skills there are tears involved. That doesn’t mean that they are suffering, but it is a way they express frustration. Some babies cry more than others, it can vary depending on age.

The most successful families that I work with allow controlled crying, which can look different for each family.
